
About Sandra
SANDRA WATTS BSc (Hons), MCSP, SRP, POGP(Affiliate)
Sandra qualified from Kings College, London University in 1993 with an honours degree in Biomedical Sciences with Physiotherapy. On graduation, her work in the NHS started with rotations in many specialisms at Guy’s Hospital and over the following 15 years also at St Thomas Hospital, The London Hospital and The Royal Free Hospital. She then progressed her experience and worked in 3 private practices in London and Wokingham as well as for local Gynaecology consultants at a hospital.
Initially specialising in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and rheumatology , after having her own three children her interest in pregnancy and post pregnancy grew and for the last 15 years she has specialised in Women’s Health in which she is extremely passionate to help women through the many different life changes they experience.






Sandra has helped many clients with musculoskeletal problems both during and after pregnancy. She has helped with pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, continence and prolapse dysfunctions at many stages of life for many women as well as guiding women during and post pregnancy with rehabilitation and return to fitness post pregnancy.
Studying extensively with the POGP (Pelvic , Obstetric, and Gynaecological Physiotherapy) society, the Mummy MOT and the APPI ( Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to name but a few, Sandra reads extensively on the latest research and regularly attends the POGP and other Women’s Health Conferences to update her skills and network with colleagues.
She is passionate about helping clients to regain their ability to achieve daily tasks , and return to fitness and sports after pregnancy or menopausal changes have interrupted these.
She loves empowering women to rehabilitate , learn self management and see how they can improve their symptoms with advice, education , lifestyle changes and adherence to their exercises, guiding them to achieve and see the benefits so they are motivated to continue on their own pathway of independent exercises and maintenance going forwards.

She has an extensive knowledge of Clinical Pilates and other exercises to guide you through your rehabilitation.
